Processing Time (Production)
Each item is created just for you after your order is placed.
Please allow
2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

During peak seasons or high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Time (After Production)
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using standard shipping methods.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

 

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.


Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple production partners (including Printify and Printful), items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.


Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at jessica@nerdgirlco.com. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to help resolve the issue.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
