At Nerd Girl Co, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit, please reach out and we will help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Change of mind
